Functional non -ejaculation is the most common type of ejaculation disorder, accounting for more than 90%of the number of cases, it includes:
(1) Central ejaculation disorder.It is mainly due to abnormal brain function, strengthening the inhibitory of sexual excitement, especially inhibitoryness to the ejaculation center. Patients have no orgasm and ejaculation movements.There are also a few cases that are not ejaculated by feeling organs, feelings, and intellectual obstacles.
(2) Spinal cord central ejaculation disorder.The dysfunction or failure of the lumbosacral intramuscular ejaculation and erectile central dysfunction will cause the penis to weaken and not even erection at all.
(3) Psychological factors.This type of ejaculation disorders do not have no organic diseases of the reproductive system, which is purely caused by psychological factors.
Functional non -ejaculation can be divided into the following three types:
(1) No ejaculation activity, after a long time of sexual intercourse or even some form of orgasm, it is still no ejaculation.
(2) Rebellion of sexual ejaculation, the sexual intercourse time is normal, but there is still no normal ejaculation after the climax.
(3) Do not discharge sperm, refers to no semen excretion after ejaculation.
Here only discuss the problem of non -ejaculation, the reasons are diverse.It can be divided into two categories.
