Traditional Chinese medicine is treated with syndrome differentiation on premature ejaculation. Acupoint injection is a common treatment method. For premature ejaculation caused by not in use, the following three acupoint injection methods can be selected:
Premature ejaculation caused by kidney deficiency
Acupoints: Guan Yuan, Zhongji, Sanyinjiao is Group A; Baihui, Zhongli, and Zusanli are Group B.
Drugs: vitamin B1 100mg, vitamin B6 50mg.
Methods: The two groups of A and B are used alternately.Conventional disinfection of acupoints, mix the two medicines, and injected acupoints before going to bed.1ml each time, once a day, 10 days for 1 course.
Premature ejaculation caused by lack of kidney essence
Acupoints: The main acupoint is Shenshu; the acupoint is Guan Yuan and Sanyinjiao.
Drugs: Aphrodisiac injections (10%dog testosterone hydrolysis extract injection, 2ml each).
Methods: Acupoint skin routine disinfection, acupoint injection or muscle injection, once or every other day, each dosage of 2 to 4ml, 10 times for 1 course of treatment.
Note: The first medication should be used for skin test, the method is muscle injection 0.05 to 0.1ml, and those with no discomfort can be injected after half an hour.
Early leakage
Acupoints: 1 Shenshu, Qihai; 2 small intestine, Guan Yuan; 3 middle pole, bladder jade.
Drugs: placenta tissue liquid 2ml or vitamin B121ml, plus 0.5%Protaine 10ml.
Methods: Conventional disinfection of acupoint skin, use the length of the cavity of No. 5 to inject the needle, and take turns to use the three acupoints in each group for acupoint injection.Generally, the abdominal acupoints are radiated to the glans, and the lower waist acupoints are radiated by the perineum.10 times for 1 course of treatment, can be treated continuously without rest, and treatment of 2 to 3 courses.
